These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of adopt-me-values.com (the “Site”), operated as an independent fan resource for Roblox Adopt Me! trading values and education (“Adopt Me Values,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Site, you confirm you have read these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference. Parents or guardians must supervise minors using trading tools and guides.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who comply with Roblox’s Terms of Use and applicable laws. You must not use the Site where prohibited. You represent that information you submit through contact forms is accurate.

3. No affiliation with Roblox or Uplift Games

Adopt Me Values is a fan-made, community-oriented resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Uplift Games, or the official Adopt Me development team. “Roblox,” “Adopt Me,” and related marks are property of their respective owners.

4. Services described

We provide informational adopt me values, editorial guides, calculators, and reference lists. Features may change without notice. We do not operate in-game trades, escrow, item storage, or Roblox account services.

5. Trading & informational disclaimer

All values are estimates only. Market prices in Adopt Me are set by players, not by us. Calculator results are guides — not guarantees of trade acceptance or future prices.

You alone decide whether to accept a trade inside Roblox. We are not responsible for losses from overpaying, underpaying, scams, trust trades, or game updates that change demand. See our Security Center and Trade Safety resources.

6. Acceptable use policy

You agree not to:

  • Violate Roblox rules or applicable law while using our Site.
  • Scrape, bulk-download, or reverse-engineer the Site beyond normal browsing.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to servers, admin areas, or non-public APIs.
  • Post or promote scams, phishing, “free Robux,” trust trades, or credential theft.
  • Impersonate Adopt Me Values staff or official Adopt Me / Roblox representatives.
  • Use automated bots to distort analytics or overload infrastructure.
  • Republish large portions of our database without written permission.

We may restrict access for violations.

7. Account responsibilities

Most Site features require no account. If you contact us or subscribe to future features requiring registration, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We never ask for your Roblox password on this Site.

8. User-generated content

If you submit trade ads, comments, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and moderate that content. You represent you have rights to submit it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or harms users. See Privacy Policy — User content for retention.

9. Intellectual property

Site layout, original text, branding, and data compilations are protected by copyright. Game assets and trademarks belong to their owners. Limited personal, non-commercial use of our guides is permitted with attribution; commercial reuse requires permission.

10. Third-party links & analytics

The Site may link to Discord, social media, Roblox, or analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics per our Cookie Policy). We are not responsible for third-party practices.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADOPT ME VALUES AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF VIRTUAL ITEMS, PROFITS, OR DATA ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON VALUES.

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $50 or (b) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for free use).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adopt Me Values from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in our operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Informal resolution via contact is encouraged before formal proceedings where permitted.
